At Wellfield Academy, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and equitable learning environment where every student feels valued, safe, and empowered to thrive. We are dedicated to building a school culture where inclusion is not just a practice, but a shared responsibility and a core value that guides our daily actions and long-term goals. We educate students on how to be inclusive through assemblies, tutor, PSHCE lessons and through the wider curriculum offer.
